CF-10Conversion website / identityCroatia

The website built like an engine

A Croatian facilities-services company

The problem

The company sold serious B2B services through a site that undersold them. The usual agency route offers a moodboard, a template, and a retainer. What was needed was a finished, ownable conversion system.

The mechanism

The live site was audited first: what it said, what it failed to say, and where visitors leaked.

3 materially different design directions were built and rendered in the browser, compared against a written anti-generic checklist, and 1 was selected on reasoned tradeoffs, not taste.

The selected direction became a complete 7-route responsive build with copy architecture in the local language, form and SEO scaffolding, and an implementation handover: design tokens, CMS map, and launch gates.

Handover passed a deterministic QA pass: every route, link, and image verified, 0 broken references, accessibility minimums checked.

Read the number honestly

This build is handover-ready and implementation is with the client; it is not yet live, so no conversion numbers are claimed. The QA counts above are from the written handover check, not marketing.

Get this level of honesty about your own GTM.

The teardown reads your funnel the way these files are written: raw counts, named mechanisms, no theater.
